Online Connection Cafe - 28th January 2027 (7pm-9pm GMT) BOND
The IAN Online Connection Café follows our monthly, salon-style gathering where we come together to explore ideas about attachment, relationships and what it means to be human. The online cafe is an opportunity for those who are unable to make it in-person to still join the conversation. It is for anyone 18+.
Take advantage of our early-bird price of £18 (ends 1st January) and start the year with connection. You can also take advantage of our member discounts. and introductory offers *places are limited
Each month, we will introduce a theme, question or conversation to get us thinking. There might be a short talk, an interview, a piece of research, a film or an idea to respond to — but the heart of the café is the conversation that follows.
This inaugural Connection Cafe led by Nicola Jones will explore the art and alchemy of connection. Feeling connection and the sense of belonging which it brings are of the greatest importance to our ability to flourish. They bring meaning, richness and vitality to our lives. We’ll explore the many ways in which connection can be created and what happens when it occurs.
It is not a lecture or a training session. It is a space to listen, contribute, exchange perspectives and make connections with others.
While books, research and therapy can deepen our understanding, there is something different about thinking together — hearing another person's perspective, having our assumptions challenged, recognising something of ourselves in someone else's experience, or discovering a question we hadn't thought to ask.
The Connection Café is an invitation to be curious and explore some of the questions that sit at the heart of attachment theory
Join us online person, bring a cup of tea or coffee, and be part of the conversation.
Please read our Terms & Conditions which you agree to upon booking.
