Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your place, please notify IAN in writing as soon as possible.

• More than 8 weeks before the event: Full refund of any fees paid (excluding reasonable administration charges).

• Between 4 and 8 weeks before the event: 50% refund of the total event fee.

• Less than 4 weeks before the event: No refund will normally be available. However, where IAN is able to fill your place or otherwise reduce its loss, we will consider an appropriate refund, less any reasonable costs incurred.

Instalment Payments

Where you have chosen to pay the event fee by instalments, the same cancellation terms apply to the total event fee, rather than only to the instalments paid at the date of cancellation.

This means that, depending on when you cancel, you may remain liable for some or all of the outstanding balance. Any amount due will be calculated in accordance with the cancellation terms above, taking into account any payments you have already made.

Alternatively, you may request to transfer your place to another eligible participant, subject to prior agreement from IAN.

If IAN cancels an event, you will receive a full refund of the event fee or may choose to transfer your booking to another suitable event.

Nothing in this cancellation policy affects your statutory rights.
