Psychologist and a qualified Yoga Instructor. She has completed a Postgraduate distance-learning course in Ayurvedic Medicine certificated by Ayurveda Prema Health Foundation, Argentina.

Psychologist (UNMDP, Argentina) and qualifed Yoga Instructor (S-VYASA, India), trained in Trauma Sensitive Yoga certified by Trauma Center Boston at JRI, USA.

Carolina gained experience working more than 10 years as an Occupational Psychologist in providing quality Human Resource management services for companies in Argentina. She began her personal practice of yoga, meditation and body movement 15 years ago. In 2012, she has trained at Body Movement sessions based on Body-Mind Centering® (BMC). In 2013 she travelled to India she completed her training as a Yoga Instructor at S-VYASA (Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana) deemed University of Bangalore City.
During her stay in London, she worked as a facilitator of the ´Trauma Aware Yoga´ Group aimed to women affected by domestic violence at Latin American Women´s Right (LAWRS) organization. She has also delivered yoga sessions to refugee / migrant women for the Lewisham Refugee and Migrant Network (LRMN) and as a volunteer for the British Red Cross (BRC).

Currently, Carolina is based in Madrid offering individual and group yoga sessions combining yoga practice and psychology to improve wellness and mental health. She is developing yoga sessions as a complement treatment for complex trauma (sexual child abuse, chronic childhood abuse and neglect, early trauma) working as a team with Psychotherapists trained in Sexual and Relationship Therapy and Systemic approach.
